Another random! I’ll go for Kamuzu this time, to go with Khenti from earlier. XD
OH BOY KAMUZU. My grumpy, close-mouthed, biomancer field apothecary who got made Chief Apothecary cos the original one got eaten by daemons. Kamuzu is not happy about any of this (”I’m just a field medic damnit!”), but he doesn’t have much choice in the matter, at least not until he’s fully trained up a replacement or several! Which takes Time, but in the meantime he is Very Busy keeping his chapter as healthy as he can manage, as well as trying to successfully implant as many Scouts as possible to help rebuild said chapter from its current way-too-small size.
He’s an excellent apothecary but his bedside manner is shit. XD Everyone in the chapter Respects and Fears him, because he has No Patience for Stupid Shit, and in the Apothecarion, his word is law. Not even the Chapter Master is safe from Kamuzu’s orders (or wrath). Still, beneath all the Grouch and Grump, Kamuzu is very dedicated to his chapter and his battle-brothers, and he works tirelessly to keep them all in one piece as much as possible.
He also has his own ship cat, Medikitt, who is Queen of the Apothecarion. She helps tend to recovering patients, mostly by flopping on/next to them and Purring Soothingly. Do not try to disobey Medikitt tho, for she will Yell Disapprovingly and Whap.
