Oh, I love this 1910 pink méditerranéen in West Palm Beach, Florida so much.  Casa De La Brisa ''house of the breeze'' was designed & built by renowned architect William Eckler, who designed a number of significant homes in the area.

The front door opens directly into the massive living room with beautifully weathered beam ceilings anda big fireplace taking center stage.

Overhead is a balcony walkway and double doors open to the back patio. This is beautiful- love the pale greenish blue accents. 

Wow, this is so much more fabulous than a closed in hall. 

Their dining room is ridiculous- look at the unusual lighting fixture. The colors are so soft.

Check out the courtyard. Looks like a European villa. 

They carry the color scheme into the kitchen. This is stunning.

The dining space is huge. All the rooms on the ground floor seem to have views and access to that gorgeous courtyard. 

Look at the spiral stairs going up to the roof.

Geez, this home is magnificent.

Restful tones in the main bedroom.

The en suite includes a laundry space.

How pretty is this? What a place for morning coffee. Love the plants. I wonder how long it took them to find all this matching furniture.

In the guest bedroom they thought of everything- even a dog bed and umbrellas.

I can’t take it- the interior of the house blends so seamlessly with the exterior.
