Sorry if I'm bothering you, but I was wondering why you decided to hold the meet as late as 3pm? I know you hope it will stop the staff hassling you but 3pm makes it a 3-2 hour meet-- I mean, why not just hole the photoshoot then but start the meet up a little earlier like 1 or 2pm?

I pretty much already answered this question much earlier. There are several reasons for holding the meet later. The first being that for the last few expos people kept asking us to move it back. The second is, it gives people more time to actually get to the expo, and for the people already there to look around and enjoy it before the meet. It also gives us organisers more time to get there, and sort ourselves out. (We do kind of want to enjoy expo as well no offence.)Last expo we found, most people only turned up for the photoshoot, they left shortly after, and gradually dispersed, also a lot of people turned up when the meet started, and a few started to complain about having to wait for the photoshoot to start. The photoshoot itself only took an hour. Also Excel doesn't close when Expo closes, last October the meet went on until about 8pm. Also yeah, we don't want staff hassling us, and the longer we are loitering around for, the more likely they are going to become a problem. We were around for at least an hour inside in May before we started to get bothered by security, with still an hour to go before the photoshoot. Finally we aren't the only group holding a meet this late in the day, and personally I don't really think it's that late at all. ~Behax~

Weekend meet

I had a decent performance these past two days. I threw discus yesterday, and had a PR of around 135 ft, even though my warmups were in the 140's, but I'm not mad, i got 6th place. Today I PR'd by ten meters in hammer with a throw of 41.73m, it was good enough to get me 8th place. And my shot put didn't flow so much because i was tired from hammer, but i managed to push a 41 footer, and also foul a 46 (it was painful to let that one go), but i placed 5th in shot. It was an overall good performance, I know what I need to do better :)
