Just had a blast meeting these two darling Aussie ladies, Ellen and Her Oma Fran. Met them in a parking lot where they asked me if there was a bakery within walking distance. They were in town for a wedding and needed a birthday cake for Grandpa. I ended up driving them to get s cake and candles, then dropped them at their hotel. So much fun. Hope to get to Syndey again one day so I can see them again! . . . #iloveAustralians #sightseeingatMarcs #newfriends #meetingstrangers #lifesanadventure
Walking around the neighborhood met a wonderful dog! She has a great spirit! Everyone should take time to greet random strangers, it is the best part of my trip around America! #r66tat #roadtrip #neighbors #walkingdogs #dogonawalk #meetingstrangers (at Cleveland, Ohio)

I just had to share this awesome sweater print (back print) I got it when I was in San Francisco last year 2016 of June. I forgot the name of the store but it was somewhere by the Pier strip. It was pricey but since their was a deal, why not. I love prints, logos, motto, & cool signs! Every time I look at this sweater it brings back memories (good and bad). Let me just tell a interesting funny story about what happened. Well, it started off way back when I was singing on this app called smule (karaoke app) this is an app where you can record your own covers or do a invite for people to join you. So, of course, I did and somehow a hmong guy joined me and I fell in love his voice and his profile picture was cute. After a week (being a girl: stalker mode and already found him on Instagram) and yes, I did follow him. Then from there we started to message each other getting to know one another. I started to really like this guy but their was a lot of red flags going on. I didn’t want to be rude and “ghost” him and I’m a really nice person so I continue to text him back. I liked him myself but he wanted to be friends so I was find with it (not really but I had to get it through my head someday). My cousin lives in San Fran and I thought to myself, hey why not visit my cousin and go meet this hmong guy since he lives there too! I was excited, nervous, and thinking to myself this is crazy all at the same time but hey, I live only once why not go for it and see how it goes. Well, not as great as I expected but at least I got to see him and got to meet his cousins. Yeah, his cousins! I though it was just going to be us two for that drink and dinner but I guess not. I should’ve invited my cousins too! (Lesson learn to not take so many picture when being a tourist so phone battery won’t die on you when you know you have a dinner date. And so, to check on his text that his cousins will be tagging along. Lesson learned!!!!) During that “hangout” I was super quiet but I tried to be myself and the whole time during the “hangout” I was thinking to myself, why am I here with these strangers? I should be having fun karaoke with my cousins in Japantown!…why??? Let me just list the places I went with them: 1. Met in SF downtown near Sephora. 2. Went to The View at a hotel (which I loved it). 3. Took Lyft to the airport to grab his cousins car. 4. Drove back to SF Dtown to have dinner at a Thai restaurant. 5. They drop me back to my cousin studio apt. HE SAID DINNER! DINNER means one place and that’s it!!! I regret it but at the same time I don’t regret it since I got to see how he was around me. I know for a fact that he wasn’t interested in me just as a friend. Oh yeah, I almost forgot about the sweater. I actually bought that sweater to wear for the dinner date because I forgot to bring a sweater when touring the city and didn’t expect it to be chilly in San Fran at night and let’s say my outfit was cute but I had shorts on so I was extremely cold and since I was a thick gal, it might seem to him that I wasn’t cold at all, which I was but whatever I got my sweater that I bought earlier. It kept me warm. (In my head) All I wanted from him was a warm place to eat, warm food (which I got pho), and go home with a warm hug. I can’t believe I text him after the “hangout” saying I’m sorry for being quiet throughout the night and how I had a great time... (smfh) What's wrong with me? Am I stupid? He’s a great guy but he made a mistake. He was supposed to be the one who should've apologized. Like I said I liked him myself but at least show alittle interest. From now on I need to ask questions before any date with guys because if I don’t shit like this can happen again. It’s a no good. This was a long story but I love SF it was a beautiful place. I dont want to be mean to someone who I just met but this guy was nice he did apologize to me after I came back home.(Took long enough) But it's nice to know how older man are like. FYI: We're 7 Years apart.

The future is a stranger who must be met.
The aim?
To be. To live. To have peace. To know that that is all that matters.
The world can be harsh, critical, cold. Life can be complex, confusing, hard. But there is a stranger waiting for you, just around the corner, waiting to bring joy into a life fraught with consequence.
The future is there, just over that hill, waiting to meet you, waiting to share it’s secrets. And it has a smile on it’s lips because you will never know what they are until you’re patient, courageous, adventurous.
Be the explorer.
Meet the stranger who is always coming, who will never leave you, never abandon you. Be willing to step into the unknown and see things that no one else ever will. Because that stranger, that future, belongs to you and you alone. And it’s leaving a little bread crumb trail for you to follow. Pick up the pieces, choose the most appetising path and be something amazing 🌼
