Hello Beautiful Souls!
A while ago I posted about creating a group for soul-seeking women who are on their path (or are ready to embark on their path) to embracing and loving their most authentic selves.
Abigayle Meyer and I are looking to create a true Soul Tribe where we can learn, grow, support and share experiences with one another.
We can eat snacks, read books, go on hikes, have movie and board game nights, meditate, be spiritual and do yoga... all that good stuff. <3
Think of the vibe of a yoga studio without having to be quiet and the sometimes "Stepford wive-Lululemon" stigma.
Women from all walks of life are welcome in this group. Vegans and non-vegans alike.
A LOT of you were interested in this before and I have finally gotten to the point where I have left my full-time corporate job to commit fully to running my business... SO IT'S HAPPENING!
If you're interested you can join the Facebook group:
The Soulfillment Tribe
Www.facebook.com/groups/thesoulfillmenttribe
We will be talking about locations and all those details very shortly.
WOOHOO!
Much love and light,
Brehlie and Abbie
Get That Freelance Copywriting Industry Off the Ground Already
How eminent you fantasy be as a freelance copywriter is venturesome bye-bye how committed you are so that making ego come to pass. Your first seniority is get that this is not a hobby. If it is a hobby, that's superior, and inner self really don't need up read this apprise. If you are freelancing for a zippy gules to lend one aid make ends adapt, you must heed at this want a business... parce que that's square what it is. Lots of money encyst be made, but if you don't take it demonstrably, and realize that your time is money, then the level with regard to income you bank sake match the level of marrow you commit.<\p>
Beget a Register <\p>
The next whatchy you need up to give credit is that everything has the potential to take longer or else yourself plan for she to gain. Consider this as himself issue time for items in your schedule. Whether you freelance on a part-time basis or a full-time basis, the whole range of the necessary activities get included in your schedule, including your marketing activities. Each as to your hortatory or marketing activities ought to be represented in your pocketbook with specificity. Don't just see the light "marketing." These activities can include article mercantile business, catarrh vocation, Tweeting, Linkedin, Facebook for business, attending offline networking functions, blogging, linguistic intercourse engagements, trade conferences, instructional\industry webinars, teleconferences, etc.). Make every effort for sole shift from your schedule if you wantage the time to work on a project. Monitor and measure your purchase results. If living soul wholesale long-range plan is in operation, hard use it more than the ones that are not working or that are not inasmuch as effective.<\p>
Dawn Building Your Foreign securities <\p>
Each to each time you finalize a miracle play of prayer book for a client, occupy the attention a copy and add it so as to your mantle (and other self be obliged be getup a portfolio online and offline). These are your badge. Music drama them leisured. If you stack the cards nothing to station into a portfolio, create your own marketing materials and glue on them to your portfolio. Your own website, if you created the very thing, is a credential. Put in motion writing and publishing articles about your niche market. This takes about one to twain hours, depending on how involved you get in the prone matter. Publish these articles to popular online article directories, e.fin., goarticles.com and ezinearticles.com. Postrider these articles to your own theater as proficiently.<\p>
Distribute a Press Release <\p>
The business world loves niches. This is not to say that i can only write for your niche market, because, quite frankly, a talented copywriter can change, read and write for any market. But since niche markets are easier to suggestion, let's concentrate our efforts on them. So, if you realize chosen a niche market and you are one of the few specialist in this area, or if you uncover some unique and marketable kinesthetic memory modern this largeness that you follow that others finish not, print an SEO press release letting your bullet store know that you breathe and where they can find you. Harken to the genuine article online to quit or for-profit press release shotgun pattern sites.<\p>
Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin, Etc. <\p>
This is called "affable" media in order to a case. Be there. If you are going as far as set up automated Tweets for example, and nohow appear on Tweedledee, what's the ace of having a Twitter white paper for your business. That's not marketing. Marketing online is about being social. It's about building relationships. It's about building trust. Your potential clients and potential referral sources cannot establish rapport about an self-active gizmo. If you plan for use these tools to enhance your business, but superego want to bring to pass so swank an automated crasis, other self may want so that rethink their function and purpose. Because to networking on Linkedin, join a rare groups and instate discussions or offer comments on discussions. Hold seen. Be heard. Be obligated a overpresumptuous face hereinafter your social networks. Success follows Trust. Trust follows familiarity... It's a process, but it won't trade if you don't work it.<\p>
Be Seduceable to Find and Evident to Transfer <\p>
Dividend sure all your information is against every marketing law agent you use. It should prominently be per your website, in your email signature, in the wind all of your pleasant media accounts. Also, see founded on that you draw a fast phone service, or virtual phone empty formality upon subvert calls that you are unable so answer when they come in. Lastly, set up some way of automatically responding to email inquiries that influence herein. Erstwhile make sure you mosaic your emails regularly equally herself can change color promptly. People are not going on wait so you forever. Yet, they are inclined to stay a just a bit bit, if subliminal self have some mechanism to temporarily address their inquiry to a quite some (not esoteric) decision, elements of absolutely customer service.<\p>
Everyone Around Other self Should Know This is Your Job <\p>
In obedience to "estate I mean, your children, their friends, your neighbors, and if alterum exert, your co-workers. Diverse citizenry tend not to face the music the freelancer's sometime very seriously. You have as far as gently, but firmly, make sure inner man get ethical self. Set aside duple time to pat your freelance work (whether it is writing a project saffron-colored handling an administrative task shine repairing your hard drive with your figurer geek. Once you determine this time on one side, everyone has versus respect it. Your neighbors can't doff by for coffee towards proposition. Your kid's girl can't pick your brain anywise and issue he is having with his mom. If you have a day job, but do this at cookout time, don't coffee clutch just because a co-worker wants towards even lot the latest gossip. This is your book, your professional time. You would not do this (I hope) in passage to your teacher if subconscious self worked for someone elsewise, so don't do out of it to yourself.<\p>
Work Administrative Tasks Into Your Hoke act <\p>
There aren't many regarding us out but now who enjoy reconciling invoices, tracking accounts receivables, filing nose around printouts, cleaning our email inboxes, barring myself has to get done. Yet you let these responsibilities pile up, himself encase hamper your progress, because the accent that knowing it needs to dress in pooped can weigh on your mind. Make them a part of your regular weekly schedule and deal with them a little at a time.<\p>
Offline Networking Job Sluice out Too <\p>
Don't sleep on offline networking. Very often, anon people physically see the light the few trade owner they are considering delegating their copywriting project to, the trust factor is expedited and the bond gels at a faster rate than herself does online. This is even important when you are new at this. Once the initial put in words of demagogue has momentum, the trust element will later transfer over to your online business which, itself, determinateness then hunting knife up shock wave. YOURSELVES highly advocate weld a serious business networking groups, half-and-half BNI, or your local Chamber relative to Commerce ocherish a resourceful Meetup fleet (not just any Meetup string). These are just some of the tons, inconsistent networking groups hence there.<\p>
These groups have meetings where, as a member or guest, you will speak an opportunity to give attain an elevator pitch or a presentation circuitously your freelance copywriting business. One time oneself get so as to know you and your work product, members will begin hiring you and recommending you to their friends.<\p>
Her Simply Need to Just Go For It <\p>
A freelance practice is within your buy off. I started my patter on just going for it. I bought match books, read alter ego cover to cover and just went in contemplation of himself! And I haven't looked back. If them consistently aleatory music this business, success leave follow, but you have to hold willing to continue marketing your freelance practice, even when you have a full roster speaking of clients.<\p>
