I took three days off for Ethan's surgery. He can't even get out of bed to go to the bathroom by himself due to pain whenever he flexes his an muscles. These fools at work have called me every single day to get me to work for them. My kids got a doctors appointment, I smashed my fingers in the door and need to go to urgent care. CALL. OUR. STORE MANAGER. Not the shift supervisor using vacation time (ie-I'm pretty fucking unavailable. I didn't just happen to get three days off in a row.) to take care of someone post surgery.
