Misty De Meo is about to start playing Blue Chicago Blues, a detective game for the Mega LD.

The Mega LD was an add-on for the Pioneer LaserActive, a LaserDisc game console, that played Sega Mega Drive games. Because of all the complicated issues with LaserDiscs, this system is still basically impossible to emulate.
