HEY MEGA MAN CLASSIC FANS (or just Mega Man fans in general) ((or anyone really)) If you like pokémon-like games you should give Mega Man RPG Prototype a try. You do have to make an email account to play though. But it's pretty damn fun and addicting and deserves more popularity. Helps scratch the pokémon itch without having to pay absurd money lol.

Hey, it’s Disco! Unlike the subjects of my last two sprites, Disco isn’t a Mega Man character! She’s an oc from a Mega Man fangame (Mega Man RPG Prototype). Disco was made to be a sort of antithesis to Roll, similar to how Bass is an antithesis to Mega Man.

I'm just gonna jump ahead to "now" in the story of Mega Man RPG Prototype and announce the addition of a new, original character.  Her designation is SWN-002 and her name is Disco!  Dr. Wily's Disco serves as the opposite and parallel to Dr. Light's Roll in the game, and where Roll has support abilities that assist the player's team Disco has assault abilities that cripple the target's. I came up with the idea for Disco - a sister to Bass - over 10 years ago when the idea of an all-inclusive Mega Man RPG first started brewing in my head.  This concept art is not perfect, and I forgot the purple trim at the bottom of her skirt, but I think it might be the first of many as her role grows in the game.  Please check her out in the database and challenge her in-game sometime.  :)

And finally, we have Wood Man on the new Preserved Forest Base field taking super effective damage from a fully charged Atomic Fire thrown by Dr. Wily's Proto Man.  This is the last of the new stages and I'm so glad I finally finished them all!  Now that Mega Man 1 and 2 are done I guess I have to do 3 and 4... better get to work! :P

Quick Man is crippled by a Flash Stopper attack from Dr. Wily's Proto Man. I had a lot of fun with the Spring Head animations on this new Underground Laboratory stage, and I hope you enjoy them if you ever get that far in the game! :D

Dr. Wily's Proto Man surrounds himself in a Leaf Shield and uses Metal Man's weapon against him.  The Metal Blade tears through the target as it races across the new Industrial Facility field and the little Pierobots in the background dance on their gears.

Heat Man is surrounded by a flame aura after using the Atomic Fire on Dr. Wily's Proto Man.  The flowing lava in the background of this new Atomic Furnace field also took only two frames, and I think the little Telly robots floating around really make this stage fun to look at.  :)

Flash Man takes critical damage from the Crash Bomber ability uses by Dr. Wily's Proto Man.  The alternating block-lights in the background of this new Crystal Cave field were incredibly time consuming to co-ordinate, but I'm very happy with how everything turned out in the end.  :)
