but hands tremble & paper is delicate. words become blurred & messages are twisted once paper is crumpled, until finally supposedly meaningful words are unreadable to the point that they can lose their purpose. crumpled paper is like porcelain pieced back together, its meaning still beautiful but not the same. :') don't touch me jack is upset & he needs a wake up call from his own mindset

Maybe a month?                                        Probably more.                                                             Definitely more.           ‘Definitely more’ than a few months had passed since it          all went to hell. At first it was a few isolated instances-           scores of people off work or out of school sick, most          officials labeled it as a flu and said that it would pass as          spring approached . Then people started disappearing,          sirens became more common, news feeds exploded with          reports and new leaked footage daily, then came the tipping          point. Suddenly there were more of them than there          were living people. The police, National Guard, the Army-          all powerless to stop the hordes.      Now the once lively streets lay silent filled with the sounds of death...          ...And the crunch of boots on glass, followed by a young man          wincing at his poor choice of footing.           That would definitely alert someone-                                                 Or something.

          hiro receives a quizzical look, as if he’s trying to answer a question of his own, but it fades into a light smile. gesturing to take the seat by the desk, robert pauses as he thinks through his own personal teaching “system.”

❛ if you’re thinking student-wise, which i will assume for now, there are many ways to become a “better” teacher. of course, it depends on your own personal preference... do you want the students to like you, or do you want them to learn and have the best grades? you can most definitely have both. you shouldn’t just put down the students for bad grades. negativity... it only intimidates them. some can handle criticism well, but some can’t. get to know your students on a personal level. offer to help them with projects, be friendly, and don’t be a downer. praise your students. make teaching fun and get them involved in a way you believe your students will relate to. ❜

          the smile falters as his face changes to a stern frown. it becomes very clear that he doesn’t take the things he doesn’t approve of lightly.

❛ of course, it’s never just all fun and games. there will be rebels and slackers, and they need to be put in their place in the class or kicked out. i’m never afraid to tell a student i will kick them out of my class if i can’t see that they are making an effort. treat them like adults, but if they act like anything but that, they don’t deserve to have that treatment. tell them what you expect out of them. they don’t have to respect you as a person, but they should surely respect your authority. ❜
