WTF buddy??
So I've got this one coworker at my town office, in my head I call him Megane-kun, who I just can't figure out. While at work there is basically zero interaction unless it's required. In fact, some days I feel like he actively tries to avoid me. Yet whenever I run into him outside of work he seems to think that that's the time to make small talk, and I'm just sitting there thinking "don't you realize you're doing the backwards?" I'm pretty sure the idea is supposed to be to create a good work environment, and then your free time is all yours, so why is it that we're not doing that, hmm megane-kun? Then every once in a while he'll do something nice, because Japanese politeness demands it, or just to be nice, I'm not really sure. Then, even when everyone is a little drunk at our enkai this boy still seems to actively avoid me! I just want to know what it is about me that makes him feel like he can't fucking talk to me at work related things?! Or why when not at work it's suddenly ok to be like "oh hay what's up?" You don't make any damn sense, megane-kun!!
