There’s so much to analyze in this image that I’m not quite sure where to start.

This may have been shown earlier, and I may have commented on it already, but Meganii and Meganee are ancient. If the Mechanees are a Meganee prototype... just how old are they??

As for the other idols who just happen to look extremely similar to particular idols in the modern day... Are these their ancestors? Earlier incarnations? If the latter, the fact that some of them seem to have formed the same teams across multiple lifetimes means that these teams can be considered destiny, like a kind of soulmates.

Either the vocal doll hairstyle is older than Vocal Dolls themselves, or Pritickets may be older than we thought. Also, I remember the first were stone tablets... if those can create artificial life, that’s really impressive.

It looks like Aroma (assuming that is Aroma next to Mikan) used to be another angel idol, in a past life. Actually... that’s clever. That does fit the story about Lucifer.

Above Gaarmageddon, is that... Dressing Pafe? Wow, they’ve certainly changed. Interesting.

Where are the mascots?

As for the characters visible here whose modern counterparts aren’t on teams yet, could this be a hint as to who they’ll group with? Of course, based on who Bavaria is standing next to, that’d mean PriPara would completely unite and people of different genders could form teams together... which could happen, but it doesn’t seem to have been the case at this past time. Standing next to each other does not necessarily eual team and I should remember that.

Where are the mascots?

Who’s that cuddling with Sophy, and is that someone we’ll get to meet? See Sophy meet? (Edit: Oh, that’s Mirei! Cute. and that’s Laala and the current team above her, with the Hanazono sisters on each side).

Me watching PriPara: Wow what a heartwarming and cute show! It's so sweet and positive!

Also me watching PriPara: The mascots... if they aren't "productive" enough, they are sent to a mascot graveyard. According to one movie there is even a mascot hell. WHO MADE THIS SYSTEM. And the mascots physically cannot leave PriPara, so there's no escape. Kuma mentioned having to ration his vegetable juice to be able to afford to forge a business card... Do they even get paid?? Do the kids even get paid? Where does all this money come from and where is it going. We've never seen anyone in PriPara besides the idols, their managers, and mind-reading androids. And there's at least one PriPara where idols are forced to literally fight to the death. No matter how you look at it, this is some kind of dystopian nightmare world that takes advantage of childrens' dreams to keep the mascots subjugated and who knows what else.
