#Repost @in.my.own.words (@get_repost) ・・・ If someone has been in your life long enough, it is easy for us to justify their comments, or opinions on our life, even when they happen to be toxic. There is not ONE relationship out there that must be kept in place if that person makes you feel shame about what you have already experienced and dealt with. If someone holds your past against you, guess what? This is not a connection that you should continue. Maybe it's a parent, a long term friendship, or a significant other... if someone continually makes you feel bad about something that you cannot change, then you need to move on from them. It's not funny, it's not healthy, and you do not deserve that. -- Heal what hurts you, heal what has hurt you, and rid yourself of anything that keeps that hurt around. -- The length of time that someone has been in your life does not give them the right to remind you of your wrongs. -- I love you ❤️-- Tag someone who needs this reminder in their life! -- HealingHopefuls.com -- #InMyOwnWords #MeganLawrence
