Sketches

Theme: Police Brutality. How the police show lack of de-escalating problems, choosing to respond in violent actions instead. 

1st: Mice symbolizing victims surrounded and getting trapped by dark flexible shapes, which symbolize the police who are often feared.

2nd: a dust ball rolling/moving repressing violence, collecting small objects which represent people.

3rd: a plant on fire as innocent victims to police brutality (because plant’s can’t commit crimes...) while being tied in a space with ribbons, mirroring the “no trespassing” tape police use to block of a crime scene.
