'The Invisible Kingdom' by Meghan O' Rourke. This is another great read for those with a chronic illness! It's more about the author's journey but I like that it includes a lot of scientific information for those who want to get on that side of things (especially with Covid-19). I also feel that I can relate to it more compared to the other books that I've read (the online support groups she joined, her want for children, etc). By the end of the book, I love the author's honesty and I'm just happy she eventually found her happiness 😊 Here's my favourite quote from the book: "I really want to get better, I thought. No, not better. I want to have the will to keep living with this illness". #theinvisiblekingdom #meghanorourke #books #read #chronicillness #covid19 #spoonie #zebrastrong #mentalhealth #invisibleillness #raredisease #selfhelp #selfdiscovery #myositis #lupus #pots #antisynthetasesyndrome https://www.instagram.com/p/Cn-f8g9vIYD/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
