Sunshine + Hooping = Happiness (and a tan)

BODY BY HOOPING. Seriously, I eat whatever I want to, and all I do for exercise is hula hoop. I lost 85pounds in one year hooping, and have gained muscle and never felt better about my body before. ^_^ I suggest hooping to anyone who wants to lose weight, get toned, and feel free and less stressed. HOOPING IS THE BEST EXERCISE, THE BEST MEDITATION, AND MY FAVORITE THING EVER SO YEA. kthnx. I love you. Hoop with me? Yea?!
