BODY BY HOOPING. Seriously, I eat whatever I want to, and all I do for exercise is hula hoop. I lost 85pounds in one year hooping, and have gained muscle and never felt better about my body before. ^_^ I suggest hooping to anyone who wants to lose weight, get toned, and feel free and less stressed.
