How I learned to be myself and overcame my insecurities being a self-made working woman
People and mostly my old friends who have witnessed my dark days, often ask me " What am I doing at the event? Or "How do you get invited? " or "Do you know anyone here?" etc etc...... It's very often we cannot comprehend a self-made person rising from scratch with hard work and dedication. In my case, I was buried in the ashes of my traumas and no means of any support. Now I look back and pay gratitude that I didn't die the night I attempted to end this life. It has been one hell of a journey but it has been worth it. Self made individual makes success stories because we know resilience. Have faith and believe in yourself because only you are enough, rest will be provided and support will follow. It happens and happening with every other person around us. While I carried my ordeal inside me forced to be all fine, I painted my catharsis for this series.
