Just read Under the whispering door by TJ Klune and oh boy that book have just changed my life.

Such a cute and cozy setting and cast of characters, with so much diversity in every aspect.

You just need a cool house with a cute tea shop, a grumpy ghost that learns kindness, a hilarious reaper, a sarcastic granpa, a dog!, and the ferryman owner of the tea shop, and you have the perfect book. God It has such a good character redemption arc.

Such a tender and loving way to handle death, life and everything in between.

I'm not a cryer but this book really made me sob at times, although they were happy tears. I also really love how this book also teaches you that everyone makes mistakes but that is okay, and that although not every time you can make the right thing or everything that you wish you could, that sometimes there are greater forces beyond you that you cannot control, you still try to be the best version of yourself and everything that is in your hands to do what you believe in, not giving up because everything deserves a chance.

For me the ending is perfect as is the entire book. I think i have found my confort read, one that i know i will never grow tired pf rereding and visiting my little family again.
