uuuuuhhhhhhh i made a one piece oc. I'm probably not gonna do much with him here but idk, we'll see if people like him or not. This is his post timeskip design since i never actually gave him a pre timeskip one.

He's a catfish fishman and he's a silly old man. (Around the same age as Jinbe)

He was found in a barrel by a crew of human pirates called the Moon pirates. When Meikoo was young, they all died and he got sold to some celestial dragons. He was a slave for a while before getting rescused with Fisher and joining the Sun Pirates. When they split up, he made a promise with Jinbe to meet up when he got stronger. He didnt really believe in what Arlong was going to do but still went with him anyway because idk plot purposes. He helped out Nami when stuck in Cocoyashi because he's a good person. He joined the strawhats after Arlong park because he wanted to fulfill his promise to Jinbe.
