GROW | KEEP | SHRINK
Yet again with the tiny gals thing, but the odd twist here, of course, is that she’s already tiny, bein’ a mouse and all. I’ve honestly never seen Chip & Dale Rescue Rangers, so I know nothing at all about her personality - but it’s pretty obvious from her name alone that she’s probably the tech expert of the group! (And a quick search on the ‘net confirms as much - an engineer, though her gadgets apparently have a habit of working incorrectly.)
...The problem here, of course, is that I’m decidedly in the mindset of “the smaller (or bigger), the cuter”. Gadget might already be cute at screwdriver-height, but imagine how much cuter she’d get - and how much more intricate her gadgets could get - if she were tinier!

COMM - A Bridge Too Far by chibiBiscuit
So during yesterday's stream, I got the time to finish this commission for my good friend Meister Li. :D
I had so much fun with this. Shorty is such a great character, and honestly, the hardest part of this was picking an idea to move forward with. There are too many great possibilities as far as trouble she could get into at the Golden Gate Bridge, but getting tangled up while trying to get the perfect selfie angle is just too fun. We might be seeing a lot more Shorty sometime soon...
Thank you again for commissioning me, and for just being a really cool friend!

So, I wanted to do a special birthday surprise for my friend @meisterli. His character Shorty has always been a favorite of mine, and recently she's been doing some travels, visiting some of the more prominent landmarks around the world. Today she's visiting the leaning tower of Pisa, and maybe making it lean a little bit further. >_>
Happy birthday, friend! I hope this year holds nothing but the best things for you!
Congrats on another orbit complete. You're a cool one! :D
thanks!!
If you're feeling down, maybe a OOC question for fun! :) If you had a time machine and could go back in time to visit Mozart - what kinda modern music would you play for him?
Weeeell, strictly speaking, I’m always “OOC” by default - this ended up being kind of a hybrid askblog/personal blog (where I keep forgetting to post personal stuff, aaagh).
Iiiif I had a time machine and could go back in time to visit Mozart - what an odd question! But a fun one, definitely. It’s not exactly modern music, but swing’s always been a good genre! Maybe I could play some of that for him, or maybe I could go with electro swing (that stuff’s my jam). If I really wanted to break some minds, though, I’d kinda need to bring dubstep back in time, wouldn’t I? (Awful idea, don’t do that unless you want to remove everyone from a concert hall, but god that’d be fun to do. Just bring some Skrillex back in time, play it out loud, see if there’s anyone left in the room after the first song...)
Honestly, I don’t know if there’s any modern music any classical composers would really like. I’m no musician, so I don’t know if there’s modern music that’d fit the same sort of style as classical music...but for just plain messing with folks, dubstep, drum-and-bass, and other such loud songs would be perfect!

Oh my god. For almost a week now I thought I’ve...
That’s a pretty unusual thing for a PSU to do, however. Are you sure both of them are intended for PCI-E connections and one isn’t the CPU-12V or something like that? Otherwise your PSU may be faulty.
I honestly couldn’t tell you. I just know that my old GTX 570 needed 2 8-pin connectors and I never noticed any performance degradation while both were in use. The PSU is 6-7 years old now though so it wouldn’t surprise me if one of the connectors had developed a fault.
For now though I’m just so fucking happy that everything seems to be running smoothly (knock on wood.)
Oh and guess who forgot to triple check his heatsink was properly reseated after changing the thermal paste and then wondered why the CPU was running hotter than before he changed the thermal paste and cleaned the radiator? This guy right here.
Those replies are super fun and well done! :D
Sorry for the late reply; somehow missed this. Glad you liked those! They were really fun to do and hopefully I’ll be able to do it again.
