Rasar received another job from him. Thus he was now following the suspect through the streets of Tokyo. Neither did he know who this person was, nor did anyone tell him, what he should look for. He was just supposed to follow this man and note any suspicious actions.

Since it was raining he could pull up his hood without attracting curious looks. The first hour was spent in those loud pachinko halls, though nothing happened. Then the suspect left and walked for quite some time until they reached the dangerous areas of Tokyo where all the gangs were doing their bloody business.

There were still rather big crowds so he could hid perfectly. However, while waiting at a traffic light, Rasar felt a hand entering his pocket. Someone was seriously trying to steal from him. He took hold of the hand and without looking, he violently threw the thief to the ground. It was a girl. Maybe 20 years old with ragged cloths.

"Didn't your parents teach you manners?", he demanded and approached her, while she was standing up. Before she could run away he grabbed her by the collar. Damn, the traffic lights turned green and he should lose his suspect. The girl used that moment to yell.

"Pervert! Help!"

Oh shit. The bystanders were looking angrily. Rule number one when following somenone: Don't attract attention.

Then another girl came rushing at him and from her posture he could tell that she would attack him.

"Now wait a second", he told her and hoped this would end without someone getting hurt. He was sick of fighting.

Karaoke was a good way to get to know a person and build camaraderie. A special bond had even been formed between the two of them as they both banned Kudo from singing. Ever. But Heiji knew it was true love when he and Sera managed a perfect duet of Bohemian Rhapsody.
