so here’s a story for y’all......... i fell in love with the junior football star when i was a pee wee little 14 year old freshman and spent those 4 years wrapped up in a boy who never told his friends we were involved. then i spent the next 3 years trying (and failing) at finding anyone who made me feel excited about life and passionate at all. It took 7 years from meeting that boy in high school to find this one — the best one. This is Jake, @taylorswift and I feel like I should introduce you bc you and him are some of the people I love most in this world. I remember hearing you on Ellen in 2008 and you said something along the lines of “someday I’ll find someone who makes me forget the name of the guy who broke my heart when I was 18.” and by God, I found my man. GORGEOUS MAKES ME SO MUCH IN THE FEELS FOR HIM!!!! We are long distance atm so we’re waiting til I can be closer to him to date and THERES NOTHING I HATE MORE THAN WHAT I CANT HAVE but u get it. I love you T, you’re killing 2017 and me in general.

let me just vent a lil bit pls

ok so I've been talking to this kid for almost two months now and tonight he asked me to go to dinner (which isn't unusual) so we went to get some dining hall food and before we even got there he proceeded to end things with me saying he felt it was "too relationshipy" when he didn't have the time to "fully commit" and didn't want to "half ass a relationship" when he didn't think i deserved that. i really tried my hardest to get home without crying and as soon as my foot got in my building i just sobbed. i took a 45 minute shower and just cried and cried. i don't usually let myself get this attached but this time i did and im just frustrated bc I don't know what i did wrong. i listened to forever and always on repeat in the shower and just cried and i just want to say thank you to the amazing @taylorswift for helping me yet again feel things i don't usually let myself feel. i watched journey to fearless and she talks about how the initial reaction after a breakup is anger (which i had a lot of while he was trying to explain this to me) but eventually, it all comes crashing down and you're just sad. tonight i'm going to bed a sad, sad girl but im so lucky i have her music to wake up to tomorrow. people haven't always been there for me but taylor n her music always have :') good night hunnis please say a prayer that my eyes aren't swollen shut in the morning and that i don't wake up to a text from him
