I'm actually in love with my natural hair. I cut it even though it wasn't damaged or anything, it was really just a test of self confidence. Could I look and feel beautiful with my long hair or any extensions? The answer is yes! I longed to have long hair for years when I was a kid (I'm still a kid😆) it was a thing back then and you would get ridiculed for having short hair so I never wanted to have my natural hair out. Looking back I wish I had the encouragement black girls do today. To love their curls, kinks, braids, locks and twists, whether they be long or short. We must love our hair and encourage each other no matter how we chose to wear it. I'm going to do box braids now but ill definitely miss my short cut but it will return in the summer 👊🏾👊🏾.
