JIRACHI: "I don't think you're aware of how tiring it gets to take care of kids like you. It really does a deal on a man!"

Cipher immediately notices the Jirachi being awake and immediately walked up to greet him. "Hello, hope I'm not intruding your stroll there. What brings you here? I would assume someone ... important?"
JIRACHI: "Oh! My daughter wanted to hang out with some of her friends from kindergarten! I'm just not that good at talking to other parents so I just make sure everything's good from afar. But looks like the sun got to me eh?"
They get up off the ground and dust some of the grass that's decided to stick to his jeans.

Lucky: *It wasn't exactly something normal for him to see a Jirachi just lying around, so Lucky had to do a double take when he saw the mythical Pokemon lying against the tree, seemingly asleep. He looked around, then approached and poked the Pokemon lightly on the shoulder with a ribbon* "Hey, are you alright?"
The Jirachi flinches awake the second Lucky's ribbon even lightly graces his sweater. Any drool coming from his mouth is immidiently wiped away as they look over at the two Pokémon who awakened him.
JIRACHI: "Uh... Yeah I'm okay. Guess I just fell asleep. The afternoon sun's really warm and nice recently! I guess I just dozed off. You know how it be. Sun's too nice and you haven't slept well recently so whoops you've fallen asleep under the sun."
The mythical Pokémon looks around for a bit, a bit worried before his eyes start scanning a nearby playground with children playing on it. Their eyes land on one child and they immidiently relax.
JIRACHI: "Oh. That's where she is, good."

"Hmmph ... what is he doing here?" Cipher muttered to himself as he saw the supposed criminal sleeping nearby. "Well, I better sit this one out just in case he wakes up ..." He now stands nearby and minds his own business ... for now.

It's a lazy afternoon. The sun is warmly shining in the sky and the cherry blossom trees are blooming all around the park. Children cheer as they run around and play.
And while this all happens.
A small young adult simply leans against a tree, seemingly taking a nap.
It's not what you'd expect from one of the most wanted criminals in Japan, is it?
