Alignment

Pernoa; Neutral Good!

Pernoa is by all means a do good’er, at least to the best extent of her ability. And by her moral compass—which can sometimes fall a bit out of alignment. Always with the best of intentions, though perhaps not always with the upmost perfection of executions. Her means of how she goes about helping those have often times included at least a small case of deception, if only for their well being and to protect herself in whatever way is needed. Because—you can’t help people if you’re dead, simply enough. But she is able to see the grey within the world of the assumed black and white, so there are things that she has done to help someone in need that other’s may not quite have pinned her for doing so. It’s her own morel compass, doesn’t always have to be right but it’s at least something to follow. 

Melathen; Neutral/Chaotic Neutral

She’s a selfish creatures that without a shadow of a doubt, any time of day would tell you that friends and those close are luxuries. It’s not needed for advancement in life, and should never be assumed to be such. A hermit, anti-social and a work-a-holic, she works for her own gain. If she can find a way around a law, it no longer applies to her. If there is a schematic that has rigorous instructions because a piece needs to hold up to a certain expectation, she throws it out and tries her way. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t—but her decisions are her own, and there isn’t a force in Azeroth that she believes will be able to hold her still long enough to change that fact. 

Adryion; Neutral

Adryion is the man to always give—just around 60% of effort, in pretty much everything. How little can he do while not pissing off an aristocrat and having to end up doing more work? He lives by the bare minimum in responsibility. Never will he go above the up and beyond for anyone that isn’t at least semi to truly close to him, and even then there will be whining and lip involved without question. He’s done his time, he’s put in his blood sweat and tears to Azeroth and fought at her gates with the best of them. And dammit, he’s done! Tired—and lazy, some poor soul seeking help from him would more then likely be directed to the nearest Paladin. Let him have the glory, he just wants a nap. 

Adryion;

Touch :: How do they handle contact? Is their personal bubble big?

It may have been at one point, for he isn’t the type to entertain the ideas of people thinking that he’s approachable, something’s he’s enjoyed later on in life. From a platonic standpoint friend pats about the shoulder or an arm slung about his neck from a drunken friend may go with a light huff and grumble before wandering off. The affectionate variety may have a better outcome if you can manage to hold his attention long enough that conversation isn’t awkward and one sided. As, more often then not impromptu company isn’t something he considers a pleasant surprise. But for those that may linger around him longer then most it works simply enough. The more time spent around him, the more used to him you get and the long spats of silence are perhaps no longer taken for awkwardness. That is mostly where much of contact would positively come into play. A silent back to lean on while someone reads and he cleans his rifle, that in his opinion is a good time.

Is there anything that Ceri does that honestly makes Mel happy, even if for just a moment?

Melathen’s rather used to people constantly questioning her tech and inventions. Either giving it the stink eye or the question “When does it explode?” rolling off the tongue just a bit too quickly. That her stigma of working with pyrotechnics, her means in how she does her work and the choices on how to display it are constantly being associated with erratic explosions. 

The only thing that many associate with Melathen and her passion is something volitle that shouldn’t be trusted.

Except Cerisine

Because Ceri is one of those few people that have seen enough of the spontaneous combustions and trial and error spats of smoke to grow used to it all. She see’s that there’s more to the process then just a blind need to make something go bang. There’s meticulous precision, lengthy spans of time and a certain finesse that’s become the backbone of all the smoke and fire. That as faulty and unhinged as something may seem, Melathen is completely aware of what she is doing. 

That no matter how dangerous or volitle the invention looks, Ceri trusts it. Just shrugs it off. Asks the general questions like “How much did it cost, where is it going?” 

Melathen is more then a freak with an affinity for destruction to Ceri, and Melathen knows that. 

It’s not a fleeting happiness, it’s the fuel on her side of the friendship.

Alast and Mel?

Alastren & Melathen

Pros; 

He’s already used to her quirky behavior, and it’s something that you either handle or hate

He trusts her enough to throw exsplosives at him. And trust is the corner stone of relationships

He sleeps around, she’s unattached, it could work. 

Bring in more bodies

Alastren would have the top of the tech and harnesses for all of his acts. Nothing would ever stall or jam, she’d make sure of that. 

All of his appliances would be working all of the time. 

Small robot butler

Cons; 

Grease stains on all the pretty clothes

Too many pretty clothes.

Why soo many pillows?

Mel could barely give enough attention to a fish to keep it alive, let alone for someone like Alast. 

Nothing in common as far as she knows. 

CATS

WHY SOO MANY CATS ALAST?

Pros; 

They would probably have rather similar past times

He would probably find all her mechanic shit interesting

She’d probably find his pirate shitinteresting

They could probably actually work out some buisness deal between the two.

Sex would be all kinda of crazy

If he sleeps around, whatever. Not like she gives a shit.

Cons; 

Boyfriends require time.

Her bed is covered in tools, no space for another body. 

She would probably ditch him often for her drinking buddies Ceri and Andi (Unless he could keep up.)

Dog stays outside

Pen/Dae

Pros; For all the baggage he carries she’d be able to handle it. The girl is damn patient and doesn’t mind working to help someone so long as they actually want the help.

She gives second chances like doctors give lollipops to bitchy kids. 

She’s already accustomed to being left by herself for long spans of time, so him being a pirate would be kinda whatever. 

He looks like he could keep up with her sex wise, she can get a bit wild and enjoys someone who tends to as well. 

Cons; 

He’s far too cocky for her tastes. 

They’ve never had an actual honest conversation.

She kinda assumes that he hates her

She also assumes he’s gay, so—there’s that.
