Introducing ‘HOPE’ 🌈 My installation for the 2022 @melbflowershow 🌸⛓🌸 With so much darkness in the world I really wanted my design to spread some positivity and colour with a reminder that in the face of so many challenges, we still hold on to HOPE that, just like flowers do, life will BLOOM again. “HOPE is an optimistic state of mind that is based on an expectation of positive outcomes with respect to events and circumstances in one's life or the world at large.” It was important to me that for a big Melbourne based show, the fresh product should be local and champion local growers. Thanks so much to @lilydalelawn for your generous sponsorship. We had so much fun working with turf to create the perfect environment. Lilydale Instant Lawn have been a total dream to work with…knowledgeable and passionate with incredible product. I couldn’t recommend any more! The Sir Grange variety is the perfect texture for my rolling hills and windswept meadow vibe. Thanks to the @thebigbouquet and @santospiritoflowers for helping with the 1,000 gerberas! Who knew there were so many different gerbera varieties?! Make sure you look closely when checking out the design IRL! Thanks to @ungcoordinated for making my Care Bears acid trip rainbow fantasy backdrop come true!
