Does Melia have any hobbies? What's her guilty pleasure?
Cooking and knitting are hobbies of hers! As well as the obvious flying bit. Guilty pleasure...probably shows not aimed for her age? She finds amusement in kid’s shows basically.

How did Nereus and Melia meet exactly?
Nereus and Melia met because when Nereus was finally adopted, his moms moved him to a new neighborhood. Melia’s family lived across the street, and after she and her mom welcomed the new family, Nereus’ parents might have gently nudged the two in to the family room while they talked to Melia’s mom.
They knew Nereus’ track record with making friends, but they were hoping that the innocent friendliness about Melia would help bring him out of his shell and give him someone to go to strive to be better composed for.
Turns out they were right.
Question: Are Mel's wings worn, or are they attached like other prosthetics in the RWBYverse?

I swear to god one of these days I’ll actually draw how they look.
But you know that backpack sort of deal Blake or Penny wears? Imagine that, but much flatter and more shaped to a human body instead of just ‘box’.
Mel’s wings are attached to that, because technically they’re hooked up to her nervous system since she still had crude stumps to attach them to.
(This is also why she can change their shape from wings, to cloak, to stored, by just thinking about it.)
