dear irl friends,

(this is for them, not for you.)

(i realize i make these posts often, but i feel the need to explain myself.)

i have been being distant and weird. i haven't been talking to any of you (besides a few quick texts here and there) and i feel terrible about it. i hope you know it's not about you. it's just the lingering thought that we're all going our separate ways after this summer. i hate change, and sometimes the only way for me to deal with it is to distance myself. i sort of fooled myself into thinking that i wouldn't miss you guys as much if i just kind of stopped hanging out with you, but the truth is: i miss you already. i don't know what i'll do when we don't all live within ten minutes of each other (not to mention the chit chat and oceanfish).

i'm happy for all of us, and i'm super proud to have such wonderful friends :3

... i'm just a little scared of what comes next.

i'll text you all when i've pulled myself out of this hole.
