I thought that season 2 was coming out on Halloween? But now I'm seeing that it's October 27?

When the super bowl teaser came out earlier on in the year, it was marketed to be released on October 31st, but then Netflix released a poster about 3 weeks ago and confirmed that the release date is October 27th!
