Hey, not sure if you answered that yet, but can people have Epithets that are in a diffrent language? Like somebody thinks they are a Mundi their whole live until they learn like Chinese or Italian?

I still get so many questions about this so here’s this answer again:

There is only one language in the Epithet universe.

Check my “Epithet Lore” tag to see if I’ve already answered a question. I just spent like 3 hours deleting duplicates of the same questions over and over again.

Hey, I'm the person who commented on your post about Damian being Muslim. I just wanted to say there are no hard feelings. I get what you were trying to say with your post and I also get the frustration of everything being so christian centric, but as a Muslim I felt the need to speak up about something that made me uncomfortable. I didn't mean for things to escalate to such a degree and I hope you and the other person involved could resolve it.

first i just want to say that again, i come to this from a jewish point of view, and our aversion to christianity is pretty legendary. the majority of my problem comes from the main assumption that damian would just assimilate into christian american culture, when the majority of his family is/has been historically written as jewish. 

sorry, i was genuinely under the impression that talia and ra’s were confirmed as muslim, and by extension damian was too. i understand what youre saying about the vilification of arabic, asian and muslim people in dc, and actually share the frustration. although just about every character in dc has vaguely jewish beginnings and family, the only people that can flat out be recognised as jewish are villains, like harley and the penguin.

ill take on board what youre saying about the implications, and i do agree that conversion after leaving the league is a much more positive take on the headcanon, and genuinely im sorry for any offence caused.

the main thrust of my argument is to do with the papering over of the batfam’s jewish origins, and by extension, i just dont see damian participating in christian traditions with the family. since it isnt a christian family.

I really, really adore your redesign of Nessa. Sorry if comparing it to a diffrent character came off as wierd but that was immediatly what I thought of when I saw it so I commented that without thinking it might come off as wierd ^^'

ah, thats alright! in a weird way, since i dont know which character you mean (im not familiar with that franchise) it didnt phase me, really. besides its not like i designed nessa from scratch, just did a little edit

The Vilgax and Zambozo episode was amazing. Just everything about it was great.
