Today I hit the bottom. I cried, cried like a little baby, the last time I cried like this was 3 years ago when my uncle died. For the first time since I begun my journey in med school I've never cried, I never freaked out like this, never freaked out to this point. The reason for that, well...don't know. But is probably because I have the last exam next wednesday and I have a lot to study, I'm not being as productive as I was and it is easy to understand why: I've been studing very hard, all day, since a few weeks before christmas and I'm really tired.

Another reason is that I really like this subject, so I set a very high goal to this exam, and this afternoon I realised that I probably won't achieve it. And to finish, I'm going to do my thesis in Obstetrics so I also don't want to, somehow, disappoint my tutor.

Now I do understand why is said that this semester is the worse of all.
