When doubts and fears bring out uncertainty and what ifs, clouding the mind. Come back to the BASIC.
To My Past and Future Self
Oh, past self, weighed by doubt and choice,
I hear your whispers, your trembling voice.
Would you change the path you walked before,
Rewrite the script, unlock a different door?
Yet what if fate would twist and turn,
And greater lessons go unlearned?
The road you took, though rough and steep,
Was carved by hands that know the deep.
Oh, future self, with furrowed brow,
Do not regret the here and now.
The seeds I plant, though small they seem,
Are watered by the Hand unseen.
Do not unwrite the lines I've traced,
Do not let fear breed bitter waste.
For what I chose was not in vain,
His guiding light still lights the rain.
If ever doubt should cloud your mind,
Return to truth—your anchor find.
Each turn, each step, was meant to be—
By His grace and love, we’re truly free.
