a parallel I like between tree and bh through bfb and tpot is that, tree stuck up for bh initially when he was new to earth, right? pen was pestering bh, and tree backed him up without question while he couldn’t really do anything about it, cause he didn’t really know how to stand up for himself much then, being new to life and all. frankly I think he was spaced out more than half the time (haha. get it? …i’m sorry.)

then, in tpot, bh began getting more involved and started sticking up for himself and his friends too, tree in this case specifically. golfball was pestering tree, and bh backed him up without question when he couldn’t do anything, because he was trapped in the canal without any means of defense.

i think there’s at least a little bit of influence from tree in how bh acts now, and i like to see this little, arc, thing? as bh returning the favor to his first friend, who taught him how to take initiative/be assertive and stand his ground! (er.. float his sky??,, sorry i’ll stop.) they’re such a duo!!!
