While he likes to pretend that he doesn't dream at all, when he sleeps, Mello tends to have nightmares. They aren't vivid or anything, but most of them have to do with explosions and people dying.

☼ - Something that/Someone who makes them happy.

Chocolate makes him happy... well happier. Hanging out with Matt, too, relaxes him and makes him feel like a normal person.

☠ - How do they react to death?

He's accepted it as natural part of life. He doesn't shut down or anything like that; he keeps moving forward. L's death hit him because it came out of the blue, and at the time, Mello thought very highly of him. Matt's death, he kind of saw coming, and that one hurt him a lot more.
