David entered (Y/n)'s nest, chuckling to himself when he noticed the playful, flirtatious look that appeared upon her face. "What is it now Kitten?" He asked as he approached her bedside, a smile on his face. (Y/n) dramatically held her arms out before speaking. "Can you lay on top of me and crush me with your entire bodyweight?" She winked up at him, giggling when he rolled his eyes at her attempt at flirting. "God you're terrible at flirting Kitten." David teased with a shake of his head, chuckling at her now pouting face. "You're mean." (Y/n) pouted before rolling over onto her stomach, trying to ignore her immortal lover. "Awe Kitten I didn't mean anything by it." David sighed, feeling a tad bit guilty for hurting her feelings. Still (Y/n) ignored him, making David sigh yet again. "Alright alright." He murmured before shrugging off his coat and moving to lay on top of (Y/n), who hummed happily as he dropped his weight onto her, squashing her the way she had requested. "Happy now?" He whispered into her ear as he wrapped his arms around her waist. "Very." She breathed out, moving so she could hold his hands within hers. "You're so strange, you know that?" He teased with a chuckle before kissing her temple. "You love me." (Y/n) hummed right back with a grin. "Yeah you're right, I do love you." David agreed before playfully nipping at her ear, making (Y/n) burst into a fit of giggles.

While the boys were out hunting, (Y/n) hung back at the cave, having decided the cave could really use some spring cleaning. And in the midst of cleaning up the clothes scattered around the cave, (Y/n) came across David's infamous coat, the coat he "lost" like two months ago. "I found something you've been missing." (Y/n) shot her lover the text, with a picture of his coat attached, and not five minutes later her phone chimed with a new text message. "Good job kitten, where did you find it?" She chuckled as she typed out her response. "Completely buried under Paul and Markos clothes pile they insist on having." She grinned, knowing he would be annoyed with their pack mates. "Those fuckers, I told them to make sure it didn't get lost in there!" David sent back, making (Y/n) giggle as she slipped the coat on, snapping a quick shot. "Mind if I wear it for the rest of the night? I wanna come out for a quick meal, before I miss my chance to feed for the night." (Y/n) sent the picture and waited patiently for his response. "Of course you can kitten." He responded, quickly followed up by another text. "That means you're special." He added, making (Y/n) snort with laughter. "Duh I'm your wife." She sent back as she got herself ready to go out. "Mmmmmm say that again." The first text popped up. "But more aggressive." Immediately followed it, making (Y/n) smirk to herself. "BITCH I'M YOUR WIFE!" (Y/n) sent back with a smirk tugging at her lips. "God damn right, you are!" David sent back, and (Y/n) could practically see his grin through the text itself. "I'll be at the pier in ten, be ready to greet YOUR WIFE!" (Y/n) sent with a winky face, chuckling as she exited the cave. "I'm sending the boys out to find you some pray, we need to have a quick "conversation" when you get here." David's text made (Y/n)'s heart flutter with excitement. "Oh, did my aggression get you all hot and bothered baby?" She sent as she set off into the sky, flying into the clouds so she didn't have to worry about being spotted. "You know damn well that it always does." His response made her chest fill with pride. "Good!" (Y/n) shot back with a laugh, slipping her phone into his coat pocket. As she flew down to the grown within the woods just off the beach, ready to meet up with her pack leader, and husband of twenty years.
