18. What are your OC’s greatest fears? Weaknesses? Strengths?
GLASS: He absolutely cannot stand even the concept of letting someone down or disappointing them. Also, after the whole Prize driving him to kill incidents, he's extremely wary around puppets and telepaths.HATCHLINGS: They're not necessarily afraid, but are always on the lookout for potential murderers looking to start a spree.CHOW: He's always nervous about putting on a good show.HOPPY: Hoppy is actually pretty fearless, which is a good quality to have as part of the Roost's security force.
25. What inspired you to create them / how did you create them? Were they originally a fancharacter? What was their personality / design like when you first made them?
GLASS: I needed a phone guy, and at the time I subscribed to the theory that the robots go after the night guard because they hear the voice of their killer coming from the security office. But wouldn't it be fun if Puppet Master was the real villain, and forced him to do it so they could have more immortal friends? Twice?HATCHLINGS: Yes. (Fun fact: These kids are actually Ascended Jack's victims.) I based their robot designs on the original Roost Robotics AU (that was phased out before I started this blog) where child-sized 'Mk. 2' bird animatronics returned from the future. They later became 'Interlock' bots that could fit inside and pilot larger robots, including the Chowtime Showbirds.HOPPY: The Chowtime Showbirds were originally redesigned Withereds for a 'Repair and Exorcism AU', Hoppy Harris the Hawk being an updated Bonnie.
29. If they could choose their epitaph for their grave, what would they choose?
GLASS: No response.HATCHLINGS: ..Hey, you know that look the animatronics give you after they remove their eyes? They just did that at you for asking that question.CHOW/HOPPY: They'd need one? They are technically immortal..

They all basically do have/get whatever they want.

GLASS: Probably worry about being investigated by the IRS, then remember it doesn't exist anymore.HATCHLINGS: Find a way to spend it all on video games and toys.CHOW/HOPPY: No response.

15. If your OC could have any pet, what would they choose? Why?
COTTON: Another, smaller cat, because why not.JACK: He's always wanted a golden retriever, but never had adequate yard space for a dog to dog around in.GLASS: Perhaps some fish?
26. Who is the most important person in their life? Why? Who is the least important to them (that still has an impact and why?
COTTON: Most important in the sense of impactful would be Alicia, especially back when she was just a bloodthirsty ghost.JACK: Inky, because without her he'd have died. Plus the whole, built-in therapist thing she does for him. But the two are so intertwined that she's more of a 'number zero' answer; his current number one would be his actual-goddess girlfriend Sarah.GLASS: I dunno.
35. How is your character’s imagination? Daydreaming a lot? Worried most of the time? Living in memories?
COTTON: She's literal-minded to the degree that reading bits of code in a particular order lets her reprogram herself. She prefers to let Bloodbeak handle the creative stuff - her ambition is a higher score in Space Invaders.JACK: He is the most imaginative muse on the blog, constantly wondering what's out there, or thinking up stories to tell.GLASS: Living in memories is right. Even though he's been forgiven, the guilt of what he was made to do still eats at him.
48. What were their parents like? How has that affected how they are as an adult?
COTTON: Cotton has no memory or knowledge of her creators.JACK: They kind of, ignored him? As in, while living with them, he got the sense that not only was he unplanned, but him just existing was actively getting in the way of their plans. That's resulted in someone who's become overly affectionate to mask abandonment issues.GLASS: As far as I'm aware, he had a loving upbringing which instilled in him a certain gentleness and respect.
49. Does your character like candy? Do they get sugar rushes? What are they like when they get a rush?
COTTON: Cotton, being an animatronic, is incapable of eating. But, if she could, she'd prefer meat over sweets.JACK: He loves good chocolate and gummy candy.GLASS: He's more of a fan of ice cream and sorbet.

1. First console you’ve ever owned?
[The first that was given to me was a SNES back in 1996 (I think), and the first I bought with my own money was a slimline PS2 in 2011.]
2. First game you played?
[I'm not sure, due to a combination of shitty memory and starting very early. But it was most likely one of the old Apogee sidescrollers. I also have early memories of Blackthorne and Yoshi's Island, though.]
3. Favorite childhood game?
[At the time, Super Mario 64, Pokemon Silver, or Sonic Adventure 2. Currently, Spyro 3, Kirby 64, or Tiberian Sun.]
42. A game you will never forget (in a bad OR good way)?
[For the sake of not turning this into an absurdly long list, I'll just recommend that everyone play the goddamn masterpiece that is System Shock.]
44. Do graphics matter?
[In the words of Stuart Brown, "Every game I've ever played has had them." I'd say 'good' is a relative term, especially to a nostalgiac like myself, but it is important that you know what everything is supposed to be. A game can't survive on graphical quality alone, but they sure do help the experience.]
