5, 9, 15 on the fanfic writer ask

5. Do you tell the people in your life that you write fics? Not anymore. I used to have a bad habit of being very vocal of my fics, because I really wanted feedback and wanted people to read my stuff. Now, no. I mostly keep it to my inner circle of like, three people and that’s it until I post. 9. Is there one character that you refuse to write? why? I used to refuse to write a lot of characters out of fear of characterization. The s** fandom really scarred me about writing things, and for a long time, I stuck to my old otp and that was it. Just those two. Now, I’m trying to force myself out of that a bit more. Roleplaying helps a lot in strengthening my muse for lots of characters!!!  The only ones I’m still incredibly iffy about are Edward and Alphonse Elric from Fullmetal Alchemist, and Levi Ackerman/Erwin Smith/Hange Zoe/Annie Leonhart from Attack on Titan. 

15. At what point in writing a fic, do you decide to quit?  When it’s done. No, I’m kidding. The point I decide to quit is when I feel I’m out of story to tell. I’ve had a lot of stories that were only supposed to be itty bitty things turn into full blown, short story-length or novel length these days!  works, and there are some I planned on being really long that have ended up being very small projects. It really honestly just depends on how deeply I get absorbed in the world I’m creating. If it’s something I’m kinda just meh about, it most likely won’t be long, but if it’s a world that really sucks me in and I end up going to sleep thinking of scenes and making playlists and backstories and all kinds of stuff, I never want it to end. I’ll keep writing until I finally feel like it’s finished.

Well, I have moles and stuff, who doesn’t? I used to have freckles on my face that I miss. I have a few scars that I love cause it makes me feel like they’re like ‘battle scars’ ehehehe
