Not my usual style, but I decided to make some giftart for @thememime of his version of Wes

It was SUPPOSED to be encouraging buuuuut it turned into something more melancholy because I was listening to Honeybee by Steam Powered Giraffe on repeat (my bad). I hope that you feel better, memime! I really enjoy your versions of Wilson and Wes. You are really appreciated and loved!

‘Nice Beard, Mr. Aku.’

Inspired by memime’s drawing of aku as a god. Here he is reunited with Kuni, who now is a little angel. She is so small she fits in his palm, isn’t it a cutie!

Uh-oh. Looks like Aku and Kuni got into certain problems. XD 

Don’t worry, they won’t stay there for long. Kuni is small enough to squeeze through the bars, or Aku can shapeshift into a small little critter and walk out, though h’d have to open the door for Kuni afterwards. I just thought this would be a funny situation .

Okay, I admit, I was heavily inspired on the firefly scene from the Good Dinosaur for this drawing, for some reason I imagine Kuni showing it to Aku sometime during their travels, and in turn Aku showing it to Ashi during their first days together. And of course, Ashi being completely naive about the outside world, is completely awed at the sight.
