MEMORY RAMBLE

Okay so basically in february I was at a birthday party with two of my closes friends (e1, e2), and you see we were the oldest there, and it was a sledding party so we went sledding and I kid you not AS WE GO DOWN THE HILL A 5 YEAR OLD JUNPS ON US, LEADING US TO CRASH INTO A ANOTHER SLED AND GOD KNOWS WHERE THAT ONE WENT?? AND AS WE DOWN DOWN THE HILL EVEN MORE I TURN AROUND CHECKING IF THE KID IS OKAY AND I YELLED “ARE YOU OKAY” AND HE GAVE A THUMBS UP?? HOW ARE 5 YEAR OLDS SO STRONG LIKE DUDE WE JUST CRASHED INTO YOU AND I WINTEESS YOU GO DOWN ANOTHER HILL, ANYWHO WERE STILL FIGHTING THIS OTHER 5 YEAR OLD THAT JUMPED ONTO OUR SLED THEN ME AND E2 FALL OFF OF THE SLED AND E1 CRASHES

I’ve been thinking about it today. That sound. The voice that guided me. I think… in some paradoxical way, it was myself, guiding my present-self into becoming my future-self (and their present-self). That in the end there was nothing left and they came to give me the only way out.

Will I one day leave his side in effort to seek myself out again? When the endless repetition of timelines finally converges in one of desolate emptiness that I give my then past-self a way out? What happens to me, then? Do I cease to exist as they become Me? Do I become something else? I wonder…
