#ad The salts from @gwbpersonalcare are high quality. All sea salt and Epsom salt are not created equal. The first thing I noticed when using this brand is that 1% of their proceeds go to Greenway Foundation a charity that helps with educational programs for kids. I love that they give back, especially to education. The second thing I discovered is they dissolve quickly and soften the water. I don’t have to keep stirring the bath water to get them too. The water seems softer to me then with other salts I have tried. My skin is left so smooth and silky after. 🌿 I use the salts along with magnesium oil spray to help with my chronic pain from fibromyalgia, migraines, and arthritis. The spray is so beneficial to me. I find taking one mid morning and before bed are beneficial. If it’s a really high pain I may take an extra bath. 🌿🌿 Epsom salt helps with stress, sleep, muscle recovery, digestion, and pain and swelling. In the water Epsom salt breaks down into magnesium and sulfate. They are absorbed through the skin and start to work. Epsom salt, sea salt, Dead Sea salt, and essential oils have helped me so much. 🌿🌿 This salt makes an excellent body body and foot scrub too. I mixed it with rose water, vitamin e oil, argan oil, lavender essential oil, eucalyptus oil, and peppermint oil.
