mendaciousx replied to your post “What if I agreed to marry you, purely so you could have the crown. Nothing at all feeling wise involved. Would I be allowed to be with someone else out of public eye?”
"But what if it slipped out that the Queen was having an affair?"
"Just make sure it doesn't slip out, and we won't have any problems. If someone spreads the rumor, the source will be cut down."
There was nothing wrong with being afraid, but fear could be your demise. In this world you have to survive off of instinct. It is kill or be killed when you have to live in a world filled with titans.
Titans: the creatures that can range from three to fifteen meters. They show little to no intellgence, and the only thing that drives them is the slaughter all of human kind.
It's humanity's turn to fight, and take back what was lost.
Training. That's all Wendy has been doing for the last few years of her life. At the age of twelve she had enrolled within the survey corps; before then she had been training in the medical field. It wasn't too hard of a life living inside the walls, but everything comes to an end. That's why she had become a recruit.
She had been weak physically, but had a keen intellect. The raven expanded over the years though. Her fighting force wasn't the greatest, but she could survive if there was another attack on the walls. Wendy knew how to treat most wounds, and was a vital esset for everyone before she had even graduated.
A small breath escaped her lips as she focused on the target ahead of her. It was dummy pratice, but it was what would determine her ranking within the corps. This is it! The raven took a few steps backwards so that she would be able to gain speed when she had finally to be able to attack.
Racing forward Wendy pressed down on the device that released the grappling hooks. Aiming towards the tree in front of her so that she could be suspended in the air. Removing one of the hooks from the bark she aimed forward yet again so that she could get close to the target.
Aim for the back of the neck. The reminder rang through her ears. It was the only lethal area of a titan. She drew her blade seeing the distance was closing in between her and the pratice dummy. Clenching her teeth Wendy spun around so that each sword could hit the targetted area. Once she had felt the metal sink in a large smile tugged at the corners of her lips.
It was just in time as the siren echoed through out the wooded area. It wasn't her first dummy that she had mercilessly ripped apart, but it was the last. The training session was over, but there were more lessons to come. Gently the raven lowered herself to the ground so that she could start walking towards the trainee camp.
When Wendy had arrived blonde hair caught her eye. A large smile once again appeared on her face as she skipped towards the older woman. Of course she hadn't mean to look childish, but the raven couldn't contain her excitement.
