My friend @sneakydevilship and I have been making lots of cool lore and characterizations for Creepypasta stuff hehe so I'd thought I'd share a little, starting with my Slender brother OC, 'Menderman' and a briefing of some of the brothers.
Note that a lot of the lore and ideas surrounding Slender and his motives, a lot of Offender's new characterization, and Tenderman belong to @/sneakydevilship !! Lots of text below
Mender has gone by many names in his lifetime, most given by the humans who have created folklore surrounding his many appearances in the autumn woods. He and his world, like the rest of the brothers, were found by the lonely Slender, who was seeking out beings like himself.
Mender is often found in the infirmary of Slender's mansion, looking after the proxies and the many residents. He is recognized by his soft, lavender-blue Victorian dress shirt and dark corset, as well has his gentle, but wise demeanour. Out of all the brothers, Mender is closest to Offender, the black sheep of the family,
Note that Offender has been completely rewritten and re-characterized by me and my friend.
He was once an entity that symbolized hedonism and prosperity, but as the world began to change, such ideas of self-indulgence became regarded as sinful and offensive. He had been called a different name before he became "The Offensive" and "The Offender", which became the current "Offenderman".
He takes on a more incubus-type role, encouraging indulgence and is attracted to lonesome individuals who just want someone to sweep them off their feet for a night. Such entanglements with humans have been regarded as offensive to the rest of his brothers, except for Mender, who recognizes that such things are a natural but also necessary part of humanity.
Each of the brothers take on different aspects of human loneliness, something that will be expanded on in another post on another day!
