Good omens s3 spoilers under the cut!
i know how everyone is talking about crowley and aziraphale dying, but i had a much sadder thought
Gabriel and beelzebub are also dead
the worst part is that they had no idea what was happening, they didn't know what was going on with the book of life
like, imagine you're away from everything, with the love of your life and most importantly away from heaven and hell, nothing could ever come between you
and then your partner vanishes before your eyes
i like to imagine that Gabriel got erased first because it kinda paralels with beelzebub losing him in s2 (and also because i like making myself suffer)
just think about beelzebub losing the love of their life, again, for good this time. and not only are they powerless to stop it but they also have to sit and process their husand, because thats what he is and i stand by that, just vanish for no reason without knowing if he's ok. and then getting erased as well.
or alternativelly, think of beelzebub immediately knowing what just happened
i believe they both had no clue what was happening, but imagine beelzebub seeing gabriel vanish and immediately knowing just by instinct that he just got erased
i feel like beelzebub is smart enough to come to that conclusion, so imagine how destraught they must've been with the knowledge that their partner just fuckinf died
thinking about that makes the ending so much more heart wrenching
terry didn't hit us with a brick, he dropped the whole house on us like in the wizard of oz

i don't think i've made it clear how much i love them guys
my arm hurts like all hell because apparently old fractures do that when it rains + i have the nasteist headache known to man at the moment so i probably made more spelling mistakes that i can count but oh well
