My first read through of Realm of the Elderlings and I am on Fools Quest and decided I'm close enough to the end I can scroll through the tag without getting too many spoilers only to find out EVERYONE HATES FITZ!?! There are some very valid reasons of course (and Nettle says it perfectly when she tells him a lot of people love him much more than he deserves) but I find it interesting he is the character I most relate to personally and also the character everyone can't stand for the very reasons I relate so heavily to him. Currently having an identity crisis. Thanks again Robin Hobb.

Sometimes an embarrassing memory pops into my mind and I flinch as if I've just been shot at.

I go through this cycle where I spend a week going through my room organizing and then almost as soon as its organized the muses sink their claws into me and I tear all my project stuff out - trashing my room in the process - and usually it ends with an 80% finished project and messy room for another week and then the cycle continues until I finally have a "finish the projects" hair up my ass and then I complete 8 months of projects in a weekend.
