It stands to be acknowledged that Cielle is the rich girlfriend ever.
She will buy all the jewelry Elizabeth so much as touches, all the books Sieglinde seems to enjoy as she thumbs through them — hell, the whole series. Collector’s edition. She will buy Soma the candy he and Finny liked without the latter having to ask her for it. And Aloise? She will just hand her a fat wad of cash and call it a day.
If she can’t express her love for her many (and I mean many partners) through touch and words, then money will simply have to suffice.
(She won’t buy anything for Sebastian, however. He can pay for himself, that blasted demon. And besides — it should be the other way around, him paying for her. What sort of a butler makes his mistress pay for him? A butler not worth his damn salt, that’s who.)
