When is it too early to be putting autumn decorations and autumn themes on things?

Is August to early?

Do I have to wait until September?

Is there an appropriate time and September that I have to wait until?

Can I start wearing Autumnal clothing now or do I have to wait until it's actually chilly here?

Am I the only one who has intense childhood summertime memories tied to the sounds of yardwork/lawnmowers?

Things that giving birth has taught me:

Sometimes you can do everything right and things will still go wrong.

Babies are born with claws.

Prune juice with iron supplement is disgusting.

I can survive a surprising amount of pain and blood loss.

Sleep is actually necessary.

Often, your nurse is only half listening to you.

Water is a heavenly and blessed gift from the Lord God Himself.

Babies can change what they look like in two hours or less.

Any pain is bearable right after labor, no pain feels bearable ten hours after labor, and your ability to recognize normal and abnormal pain levels returns around 24 hours after labor.

Somehow I took nine months to build a person without asking my da what he wanted me to tell Wulfie to call him.

I'm so used to everyone being angry about how bad the movies I enjoy are that it genuinely does not phase me anymore.

My mum is getting all touchy about me not having a heckin mariachi band bc I dont have enough Hispanic elements in my wedding for her tastes even though I've had to fight tooth and nail for every bit of my hispanic heritage that I get and I've themed my wedding around my fiance's (Scottish)family Crest and colours. If she wanted more of a say she should have tried helping BEFORE the wedding was two and a half weeks away. If she wanted me to have a more hispanic approach to life she could've made an effort to include my heritage in my upbringing instead of leaving me to seek it out myself and feel like an imposter doing so.

My baby has hiccups and for some reason, I’m having a total emotional breakdown over this????

I'm tempted to pretend I don't understand the social differences between facebook and tumblr and just use them both the same way. I.e.: posting a photo of a cheeto I found that looks sort of like a 'B' and only saying '🅱️epis' by way of explanation or posting a short poem someone else wrote and explaining what I think about it only in the comments of my own post.

This, naturally, would only be to confuse and/or disturb my MIL.
