Per-Dev Journal Entry #6: Developing Efficient Learning and Focusing on the Psychological Health Mental health is the star of our discussion. We talked about how poor mental health can affect one's relationship with others and how it can destroy a person. Many ideas were discussed including self acceptance which is a vital move that we should do for ourselves. Acceptance may sound easy but believe me, teenagers nowadays couldn’t accept failures especially when they don't understand the situation or no one has explained why it happened to them. This problem leads me to questioning my capability and myself as a human.
May we always remind ourselves to evaluate our response to any given situation whether it is negative or positive because the actions that we do affect the results. Crying it out and taking your time to heal are examples of consoling oneself in a private way. Maybe you suffer bullying because they think you are different. However, always know that no one can judge us. My only wish is that you should talk it out to some of your trusted closest friends. Be optimistic because it is still us who can uplift when everything goes wrong.
