She wandered through the bustling restaurant to where she knew the woman she was looking for would be, having already called ahead and asked if she would meet her there to discuss future business plans. Looking around, she was impressed that Tyler had considered Lorelai as her replacement for the time that they'd spent apart. The woman had clearly built something meaningful, which never failed to leave Emmy impressed every time she visited. If she hadn't opened her own restaurant, she felt like she could easily have seen herself working for the woman. "There you are," She muttered, approaching an office room in the back of the building, finally spotting the person she was looking for. "I came to pitch an extension on our for our summer free lunch program," Emmy started, leaning against the doorframe of the room. "And I also wanted to check to see if you got my flowers. Apparently my best friend replaced me with you for a few months. She's a pain in the ass, I felt the need to apologize for her."
