Ok but in all seriousness I cannot stop imagining Akutagawa, in all of his annoyance, having to physically pick Atsushi up because his slightly worse immune system is like actually bad.
So because of that he has to take him somewhere else where he can recover without. You know. Gunshots going off every 10 seconds because Dazai and Chuuya got into another fucking argument about something stupid and Dazai was being smug about it
