I get so many artists emailing me and messaging questions sometimes it's pretty overwhelming. I'm talking like, hundreds and in the past couple years as I got sicker things piled up and I've been completely unable to catch up and keep up with them like I wanted to. I was over the moon when @beautifulbizarremagazine came up with the perfect solution in their new "Mentor Me" feature. It's a free artists resource where some of the most commonly asked questions are answered by a panel of working professional artists. I'm afraid I'm not very useful in some of the questions... Painting for me is a personal conversation and a way to play with the creatures who live in my mind. I create for myself and because it gives me intense peace and joy, so I'm the worst person to ask about getting stuck or dealing with outside opinions 😩😭 #dontcare #justpaint #youareperfectthewayyouare Some of the other mentors had some really good advice and it's a MUST READ for any artist with questions.
