Pardon the messiness of the kitchen! I have done a bit of image correction to “clean” a bit after the fact.
Figured I would post these pictures and my thoughts about the Eevee and Espeon cocktails (credit to meowpurrnom for the recipes). Eevee is definitely a dessert drink, very creamy and chocolatey. I think next time I’ll try 1oz of chocolate syrup rather than 2, but it’s also possible that it tasted too sweet due to the ice cream bars I was using. The store didn’t have the suggested Chocolate Eclair flavor, so I got a Chocolate Mocha thing instead, thinking it might go well with the coffee liqueur. The other change I made (due to the resources available to me at the time) was to use milk along with the Irish Cream liqueur at the bottom.
Espeon might be my favorite of the two, because as much as I love chocolate, when it comes to mixed drinks, I tend to prefer something with a fruit flavor. In the future, I’ll need to find an alternative for the Hpnotiq Harmonie, since that item was being discontinued the last time I saw it (and it’s a bit on the pricy side, besides).
Anyway, these are great drinks and I recommend them!
